Permanence

Something to think about.

Permanence

6 “For I am the Lord, I do not change, Malachi 3:6

God said "I do not change."    There is peace in knowing that the Creator of life does not change. He will always be the same, he will always be dependable, and steadfast. He is honest, without prejudice, lover of man. He will always provide, forgive, sustain, and be holy.  He will always be perfect in justice and righteousness. He will always be the supreme sovereign God and creator. We never have to worry about not knowing where He stands. Because He is perfect He will always be perfect. Because He is the only constant in life we always know where to find Him. In this rock that is our God we find unending security and peace of mind.  Because he is and he will never change we have the knowledge that he will never leave us.

Rejoice

Something to think about.

Rejoice

18 yet I will rejoice in the Lord; I will take joy in the God of my salvation.19 God, the Lord, is my strength; Habakkuk 3:18 -19

What is the mindset that would say "yet I will rejoice in the Lord?"  Can you imagine a new believer in Christ saying something like this? Honestly no. When tragedy or disappointment strike. A person without experience with Christ is not going to say "yet I will rejoice in the Lord."

Habakkuk was able to say that because he had prior experience with God. He had experiences in which the Lord had delivered Him. He had live with God through the battles of life and had found God to be faithful and abundant.

 Have you had  a life where you can say " yet I will rejoice in the Lord?" If not why not? In your life, as a Christian God will show himself worthy of you saying as Habakkuk did "yet I will rejoice in the Lord." When the battles of life come, God will provide a way for you to rise above and succeed over them. Relief will come, it may not come in the way you expect in the manner of your choosing. Or with the outcome you desire but rest assured it will come.  God is always faithful he is constant, steadfast in His deliverance. So much so that if you learn to live in His way in His life, you will be able to say as Habakkuk did "Yet I will rejoice in the Lord."

A Reminder of Love.

Something to think about

A Reminder of Love.

22 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
23 they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.

Just wanted to remind you, God loves you.

Not A Word

Something to Think About

Not A Word

“Not a word failed of any good thing which the LORD had spoken to the house of Israel. All came to pass.” Joshua 21:45 NKJV

God is faithful to fulfill His promises. We as Israel lose the path of God we wander away from His goodness. God never changes His path is still the same. He still is seeking those that would obey Him and share in His salvation and glory.

33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33(KJV)

To And Fro

Something to think about.

To And Fro

9 For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. In this you have done foolishly; therefore from now on you shall have wars.”11Chronicles 16:9

God is seeking to bless those who are loyal to Him. He wants to make a significant impact on your life because of your steadfast, firm, unwavering, dedication to Him. Do you want to be a recipient of His favor? The price is wholehearted loyalty. If you do not have complete loyalty towards Him, you will have the life you have. The blessing of God will not be a part of your life.
