Something to think about.
From the Beginning
1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched—this we proclaim concerning the Word of life. 1 John 1:1
John in such complete eloquence is able to encapsulate the embodiment of the promised Messiah of Israel and the world. He is talking about the Christ who was at the beginning of creation and then became man so that John and the disciples and many other could touch, feel and know Him as Jesus. He is testifying of the glorious majesty of God that came to man in the person of Jesus.

I Am He
Something to think about.
I Am He
I told you that you would die in your sins, for unless you believe that I am he you will die in your sins.” John 8:24 (ESV)
Jesus
is speaking to Jews, and He said, “unless you believe
that I am he.” Who is the “He,” Jesus is referring to? He is referring
to the Messiah the Savior of Israel and the world. Jesus is saying I
am the one you've been waiting for; I am the one who will rule the
world, I am the one that will save Israel. But if you don not believe in
me you will die in your sin and be permanently separated from Me.
You will die in your sin if you do not accept who He is.
