Something to think about.
Endless Possibilities
12 Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might understand the things freely given us by God. 13 And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who are spiritual. 1 Corinthians 2 12-13
There is a space, a divide between us who believe in Christ and those who don't. We who do, can hear and understand what God has said and is saying. those that don't, though hearing can not comprehend what the Lord has said and is saying. The bridge that reaches across that divide is the Spirit of God He is the one that opens our minds to understand the call, will, purpose, glory, love, and sovereignty of God. Without the Spirit of God, the world is left lost abandon and confused because it can never understand the way the world works. They're missing the most vital part, the Spirit of God which makes the world make sense. Without it we are, but a mass of humanity headed for our inevitable self-destruction. The Spirit of God opens our minds to the reality of a future with a God of boundless, endless beautiful possibilities.

Where Can I Go?
Something to think about.
Where Can I Go?
1 You have searched me, Lord,
and you know me.
2 You know when I sit and when I rise;
you perceive my thoughts from afar.
3 You discern my going out and my lying down;
you are familiar with all my ways.
4 Before a word is on my tongue
you, Lord, know it completely.
5 You hem me in behind and before,
and you lay your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too lofty for me to attain.
7 Where can I go from your Spirit?
Where can I flee from your presence?
8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the far side of the sea,
10 even there your hand will guide me,
your right hand will hold me fast. Pslam139:1-10
These verses are both exhilarating and frightening. If you belong to God, it is wonderful to know that where ever you are He is with you. It is reassuring to know that He knows you inside and out that He is with you always these are things that we who call upon Him cherish.
For those who are fighting aginst or are in opposition to Him, they must find these verses to be utterly frightening. Knowing that God knows you better than you know yourself must be sobering and frightening. Knowing that none of the beneficial promises of God pertain to you must be demoralizing, to say the least. I imagine the only hope for those in opposition to God is that He does not exist. A vain hope of an undeniable reality. For God is alive, Always has been and always will be.

Authority
Something to think about.
Authority
18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
Matthew 28:18 (ESV)
All authority means Jesus is the final appeal. He has the final say. Jesus is the one that dispenses justice and reward. He established standard and judgments. God gave His son the sovereignty to rule the world as He sees fit. He gave Him, us to honor and glorify or to condemn and judge. Jesus is our savior and judge, and there is none other.
